Polycom will require a support service contract on every video conference system sold

Beginning November 2, 2009, a Polycom or Partner-branded support contract (ex: GoldSeal Maintenance Program) will be required with the purchase of every video and infrastructure product in North America. Also included in this program is the Polycom® VVX™ 1500 C business media phone. Early notification is being provided to you so you may begin including support services in all of your quotes.  As of November 2nd, a support service contract line item will be required with every Polycom product in this program. No exceptions will be made.  Requiring a support contract with the sale of every video, infrastructure, and select voice solutions ensures our customers receive the best experience from their Polycom investment.

To make things easier for you, as of October 1, 2009, all  quotes on Polycom conferencing solutions will include service.  If you have any questions, please contact your Polycom Account Manager at 800-335-0229.
