The Polycom part number (2200-42441-002) is the correct SKU to replace the power supplies for SoundStation2 Wireless phone and base station for North America. The 2200-42441-002 kit contains the same parts that ship with the SS2W. There are two parts to the power supplies:
1. The PSU converter ‘brick’ with cable that goes to phone attached to make a single part (pasted image from the Quick Start Guide,
